Dual-zone control
Zone A and Zone B run independently, each with its own readout on the touch bar. Each cycles through seven settings — 104, 122, 140, 158, 176, 194 and 212°F — so the roast stays hot on one side while the rolls sit barely warm on the other.
Lay it down the middle of the table and let guests come back for thirds without a reheat run to the kitchen.
The element is sealed inside food-grade silicone, and the reflective insulation pad plus raised standoffs keep the heat off your table.
A magnetic silicone strap holds the roll closed. No rigid tray to find a cupboard for.
A quilted, heat-reflective case is in the box — so it travels to the potluck and back in one piece.

Not if you use the insulation pad. Every mat ships with a reflective aluminium pad that goes underneath, and the mat sits on raised silicone standoffs so the hot surface never rests flat against your table. Scorch marks are the most common complaint about warming mats that don't include a pad — on wood or laminate, always lay it down first.
No. Use glass, ceramic, stoneware, metal or cast iron. The top setting reaches 212°F, which is hot enough to soften or deform plastic serving bowls. If a dish isn't oven-safe, it doesn't belong on a warming mat.
Large is 16″ × 24″ and holds about six dishes. Extra Large is 16″ × 32″, holds about eight, and fits two 9″ × 13″ pans side by side. Both run the same controls: two independent zones, seven settings from 104°F to 212°F, a timer and a 3-second child lock.
Hold the lock button for three seconds and the touch controls lock out — useful when people are reaching across a buffet.
Unplug it, let it cool, and wipe the silicone down. The surface is waterproof and there are no seams or crevices for food to hide in. Never submerge the mat or its control bar.
That's what it's built for. Food-safety guidance is to hold hot food at 140°F or above, and the upper settings sit comfortably in that range. Use the timer if you want it to stop on its own.
Two sizes, two colours, and a table that stays hot as long as the conversation does.
